Service Description

An Assistant comes to the client's home to prepare a meal using the client’s kitchen, tools, and sometimes ingredients and cleaning up as they go. Meals can be tailored to specific dietary needs—such as gluten-free, diabetic-friendly, vegetarian, low-sodium, or weight-loss plans. Some services include cooking together with the client, often used as a wellness or independence-building activity (common for seniors or clients with special needs).
